"Most of the front desk people were rude. I accidentally left one of my suitcases in the room and of course it wasn’t found.. really disappointed on the customer service and in the integrity here. Location is fine considering your its in a small town but the gps address doesn’t bring you exactly there."

"I had to be at this particular location for 2 weeks and I have to say, I travel A LOT, and this has been far been one of the most pleasant hotels I've ever stayed at. Staff is WONDERFUL and friendly, rooms are always clean and well kept. Breakfast is clean and well stocked/maintained. Really has been a wonderful 2 weeks. I had to book another night due to a delayed flight and it took less than 10 min and they allowed me to stay in my current room. 5/5 Expieriance! Thank You!"

"I would have given this hotel a 5 star, but we checked in early and the younger lady at the desk lacked hospitality, and had no facial expression. I said 2 words to her Hi, I am checking in. She did not say anything I was not even told the times for amenities like breakfast etc. So I don’t know what her problem was! I went to my room and looked everywhere to find this information, and was not able to. So we called the front desk to ask later on during the day. Besides this encounter . The rest of the staff was amazing right down to the housekeeper, the breakfast lady who asked how my breakfast was and that sweet old guy at night at the front desk who was so kind and generous to my family and I. Breakfast- had hot and cold options. I only wish they had hot options for those who don’t eat red meat.. No turkey bacon, sausage or vegan hot options. ☹️ The rooms were extremely clean and it was one of the best sleeps I’ve had in a while!! The shower was spectacular it was big and the shower pressure great. I only wish they would switch out the Dove products for something much lighter in scent. Us ladies can’t use any of it, on our face etc…. Because the fragrance is way too strong. I would stay again and will continue to from now on."

"Amazed me such a beautiful place! Brand new. Beds were comfortable the hot tub was great. Really do wish that the pool was warmer, info said it was heated. It didn't feel like it. Another plus I loved about this hotel was that it had a free continental breakfast. I wish all IHG hotels had this."
