"Relatively fair deals. The place is new. Judge the place with all considerations. No handi-bus to food etc. Better for elders|seniors who can walk well. I'd call it a pre-assisted living apartment with a population 50%+ up widows with a special community culture they developed. More frail residents merit a different environmental concern regarding walking about."
