"3-4-24: We are traveling from Montana to New York and already on our way back, so far this is our 8th hotel. The breakfast lady took pride in the food, not only that, the buffet was actually very well put together and had a lot more options than other hotels did, the staff members were actually from America and spoke fluent English of course. Nothing more irritating than when chain hotels hire people that are from other countries and can barely speak English. Rooms were very clean, very nice and large lobby with beer at the front desk which was really cool. It a fairly new hotel but this is my favorite one we have stopped at yet. No complaints here."

"Everyone here is so kind and friendly. They have been working with us through a difficult time of needing to be out of our house for an extended period of time while it is being remediated. We have been given nothing but compassion, kindness, and it really made this whole situation much less stressful. The hotel is clean, nice, and the best we could find when it comes to our allergies (we tried many). Very thankful for the amazing manager and staff for making our stay wonderful and being so understanding."

"Traveling across country, we booked this hotel with advertised pricing online of $82 a night. I held 3 rooms for the party. When we arrived the total for the room was $205 per room. When I asked a question, Mason at the front desk was very confrontational. At 1am he had an entrance area full of kids playing so I figured he was on edge so I left the first indiscretion alone. Mason was very standoffish through out the rest of the check in and refused to answer any questions. The group went to bed and slept for our 5 hours and got up and where leaving to hit the road. I asked for a itemized bill upon receiving the bill we where charged $20 more per night than what Holiday inns own website listed them for. When asked, Mason still had a terrible demeanor and said my complaint wasn't with him but with ig. I asked for the manager and was told there wasn't one in until 7 and he wouldn't be taking my information to have manager call me. I travel across the country on the same route several times a year, we have had great experiences in the past and le Crosse is always a stopping point for us. Needless to say the holiday inn will never be a stopping point for us again on our travels."
