"Absolute and total ripoff, you can find a far more spacious, and better built apartment for far less money. They charge insane prices for what is seemingly their pool, hot tub and game rooms. When my friend rented here, I had townhouse with over 1000+ square ft more than this apt, with more bathrooms, and a two car garage, FOR CHEAPER! You can find much better elsewhere. I can only see this place making sense if you’re nearing retirement"

"I've never lived somewhere that cares so much! Love the staff and the apartment, if you want to live in a apartment that is nice and has great amenities the abbey is the place for you! Maintenance is fast to respond and fix any problem you may have. The apartment go quick so don't think twice before you apply and place a deposit! I will live here forever"

"Money. Hungry. Was a resident for 6 months, always paid rent on time, went to clubhouse events, built up a relationship with the office management, it was nice. Had to leave due to a job change and break lease, was charged a $250 "marketing fee" to fill the apartment when the apartment has a waitlist of people to take residency but fine, we had to get out. $300 cleaning fee, fine, was advised this is the best option since those who opt to clean their apartment themselves almost always have to pay it anyways (suspicious but whatever). Was charged ~$70 for broken blinds, which was on our move in checklist as broken previously and was eventually amended once we pointed it out. The real issue was at the end of the lease we were told to fix up any holes/paint issues with the paint provided. I went around to do the best I could and found some scrapes in the closet from when faulty shelves collapsed while we were away one weekend, maintenance had fixed the shelves but not the scrapes. I painted 4 places (no larger than 4 inches each) before I realized the provided paint labeled "apartment walls" was the wrong color. I immediately told office management about my mistake and was told "its fine we'll just paint over it". A few weeks later we're staring at a $175 fee for my honest mistake. We were told maintenance had to take out all the shelves and completely repaint the entire closets. After trying to explain to office management that I was just trying to leave the apartment in the best condition possible and that the "mispaint" was not intentional and asking if we could negotiate on the steep price I was told that it was what it was. I asked for receipts for the maintenance and proof that the entire closet was in fact re painted and they refused to provide either. Our apartment was otherwise left in good condition with no other damages. We are extremely disappointed with how this was handled and what once was a bittersweet goodbye is now a sour good riddance."
