"Once upon a time this place had a less than favorable reputation but since coming under new management it has improved immensely. Repairs and renovations make this a great place to live at really affordable rent rates. The building is now secure and anything that needs fixing gets done right away. You can request service or set up payments through their helpful website. It's a quiet place and I've only ever met friendly people here."
"Efficiencies aren't great, but it's better then being homeless. On the lower cost end of the spectrum as well. Rarely heard the neighbors except when they closed the cabinets that were on the other side of the wall. Could really use an elevator, though."
