Dirty bathroom mold.... broken curtain rods, curtains so old you can see the worn through, no lamp by bed .no coffee.filthy Windows unmatched towels look from consignment store .no peep hole....no chair at desk....they obviously don't care......all this might be tolerated for about50$...or less..i paid over 200..... don't stay here..... it's horrible!!!?!!!!"

"Rooms are small. I have had better service. But they Kool. Kwik trip, taco John's, super buffet China restaurant are all in walking distance and LaCrosse is fine for a visit."

"Absolutely the rudest staff I have ever met. My boyfriend paid for our room Well I waited in the car we got to the room it’s not like you’re in the batteries were dead And there was no microwave so I went to the front desk to ask for new batteries in to see if they could warm my food up the lady started screaming at me that they did not allow visitors and that I must leave right away even though I told her I am the one that paid for the room and that my boyfriend is in the room. She continued to yell at me and told me I must live so I had him call the front desk and tell him that I was staying with them and if they needed to relax. The lady would not hear it and told me I had to leave right now she would not give me my money back and she was rude for no reason I’m pregnant and she made me go homeless.Every time I go to the woman is so rude but the man is really nice every time I’ve been there when he’s working he tells me that visitors must sign a sheet and she told me that there’s absolutely no visitors.Which I wasn’t visiting I was staying in the room as well then they told him it was $20 extra for one other person to stay in a room with him so I paid 85 $ For two people to stay in one room and another $20 for the deposit"
