"Your experience will greatly depend on which unit you get. Our unit is directly above the dumpster, and the big industrial compactor is constantly malfunctioning so that the machinery bangs around for hours until a maintenance person comes out. It's like trying to live in a construction site, it's absolutely miserable. Being above the dumpster also means the trash truck comes and idles outside our bedroom window for 30-60 minutes while collecting trash, sometimes as early as 5:00 am, a couple times a week. Everything else about living here is lovely, but we are paying way too much to live in a building that is willing to tolerate these sorts of conditions for residents."
"Just seeing the photos from the website the use of cheap wood cabinets - the same style used in other cheap apartments - gives a sense of cheap housing. Even the wood floor base trim needs to be taken out. Worst apartment decorating job."
