"We've been with Allstate since the sixties and generally had good experiences. The exception was the agency we had before Noel. They ere unresponsive and in one instance incredibly hostile and insulting about a simple request. We would have dropped Allstate but then Noel has taken good care of us. I only regret that the previous agency continued to get credit for our account.
