"Stayed 1 year. My bf never did moved in told them he might at some point. I had 1 cat and he had 1 cat. They're charging me $50 a month for 2 cat's I stated early in the lease I only have 1 cat since it's just's me. Since my bf isn't on the lease along with his cat this need's to be adjusted. (Never was) They'll charge you $5 for a door stopper. When they ask you to show proof you show them proof that you filed a maintenance report letting them know by the 4th month. The OWNERS still won't adjusted or refunded it? Be cautious here"

"This apartment complex has been my worst experience renting to date. They are always in your business and make you feel as though you have zero privacy. Apartment materials (door knobbs, lights, fridge, etc.) Are very poor quality. And they will absolutely scam you out of your security deposit. WOULD NOT RENT THERE AGAIN."

"I’ve lived here for about a year and a half and I have had nothing but a positive experience. If there is an issue it’s very easy to get maintenance to your place and the front office has been very accommodating and is always available."

"Managers stated they would clean or remove stained carpet if staining didn't come out. I have attached a few of the several photos taken. After signing the lease it was evident they did not hold up their end of the deal. I would not trust this company."

"We've been here for about a year and a half. Lawn care and snow removal is horrendous! I've complained a few times. Each time I was told they were hiring a new company. The grass and weeds are taller than my dog! The grass doesn't get cut. The lawn company just smashed it down with the tires of the mower. Maintenance inside has been pretty good though. Not the best, but certainly not the worst I've lived in. The staff is nice and polite."
