"We booked for Labor Day weekend, arrived on Saturday, checked out Monday. When we arrived, no one at the desk for almost 5 minutes, no note saying they would be right back. After getting our keys, found our room’s door wasn’t locked. Went back and were given a different room across the hall with the same layout. Unfortunately, the sheets on one of the beds had a burn. Fridge compressor was quite loud, and the shower rod wasn’t exactly solidly mounted. During our second night, the smoke alarm battery gave up the ghost and it woke us up around midnight. Went down, and got a replacement from the desk. Left concerns with front desk person this morning, was told we would get a call from the overall manager, and still awaiting the callback."

"As soon as we opened the door to the room we could smell a strong musty odor. Didnt really think to much of it, and we dropped our bags off and went to wedding we were in town for. We returned late after reception and upon removing our shoes you could feel an extreme dampness on the carpet. It was bad enough your socks got wet. We decided to try to deal with it till morning to get a few hours of rest. Then when we got into bed even the bedding was damp and musty. Within 1 hour of being in the room I was vomiting from what i believe was mold and overwhelming odors. Needless to say we grabbed our stuff and drove over 2 hours back home at 130 in the morning. Within 1 hour of being out of the building i was feeling better, and by the end of the 2 hour drive home in the middle of the night i felt almost perfectly fine."

"A very nice stay with clean rooms and free breakfast and a great pool with a hot tub too. Loved it there! I wish I lived in Menomonie because it is one of the most beautiful places I've ever been and I travel a lot! Plus you can pay 8 bucks to use the spa and take your kids there."
