"People are rarely in the office and when they are it’s when most of us are working , the building itself was built poorly and cheap the walls are paper thin and my ceilings&walls are starting to crack and we opened here in July 2023. Our flat surface electric stove is the worst I’ve encountered. The bath tub is tiny compared to what I am used to. I will say compared to other places I looked before moving here that the prices for rent are unmatched but for this to be considered an “luxury apartment” they have a lot to do. I more than likely will not be resigning my lease here"
