"First, they require a $35 application fee + background check before ANY showings. Very strange practice, but I did that so I could see the apartment. Once they received my money, suddenly both apartments were “rented”. I asked them to please let me know of any upcoming availability. They never kept me updated. I ended up seeing availability for November 2022 on their website, so I emailed them asking for the showing I was promised since I already paid them. I got no reply for 3 days and suddenly that apartment is rented as well? So after $35 spent, 3 apartments have come and gone and I have yet to see an apartment. This seems to be a fraudulent business and I will be reporting their practice. How can you ask for $35 for a showing I never received? UPDATE - Apparently I will be hearing from their “attorney” due to my review. I have screenshots of all correspondences. Also would love to note that they are breaking Wisconsin State ATCP 134.05 / Section 704.085 UPDATE 8/30 - I reported them to the BBB and they failed to respond for over a month and now the BBB has closed this under “no response”. Please do your research on this FRAUDULENT, THIEVING company and do your business elsewhere!"
