"I’ve lived here for 13 plus years and have never experienced such AWFUL HORRIBLE management- for the last 1.5 years there has been about 7 management crew turn around- I’ve been asking for kitchen cupboards and doors for 1.5 years and they have had the “sample “ door in office for 3 months amd have yet to call and or fix them- were constantly getting letters claiming money owed and it’s always different amounts and even after you have proof and or resolved that issue they stick another notice of a made up number owed in your door- they haven’t been paid n to fix ANYTHING for ANYONE- I am now working with the a lawyer to see what my next steps will be — these units literally should be gutted"

"I went to apply for an apartment and was lied to from the get-go about seeing a apartment when I filled out the application and the manager proceeded to do a 180 with her attitude telling me obey the rules and we won't have no problems and was real snotty about it, when I called back to let them know not to process the application she denied lying to me and said that she wasn't going to fight with me and I told her I know you're not going to fight with me because I will clip your claws like any other cat and she informed me that she was calling the police and I hung up on her."

"I live here now and the management is awful. They don't care about their residents and when stuff is stolen, they pretend they didn't hear or get the complaint. I am moving out as soon as possible."

"Today I went to pay my elderly grandmothers rent, and they told me to just put it in the basket, well last month her rent check was stolen so I had asked her for a receipt, and instead of giving me a receipt for the proof she rudely told me I am illegally living with my grandmother and she's lucky she doesn't kick my grandma out her home (she lives in income based property). Now I do NOT live with my grandmother, my husband, my 3 kids and I all live in our home in Stillwater. So then I told EVE that I did not live with her and she continued to argue with me telling me that I do. Then I started getting very anxious because I suffer from anxiety and I almost started crying for the way she was treating me. Then she threatened to charge my grandma a late fees for the last year because she was angry at me. She also continued to insult me and put me down. Horrible horrible horrible way to treat a person who pays rent."

"The owners and the staff are just really good people have always taken care of things as soon as possible love living here they seem to always cater putting a new air conditioner last year Windows the year before blacktopping yesterday they're always keeping his place nice I've lived here seven years now no complaints"
