"I Love Journey Together Childcare. The Owners Shirmiel and Jimmie Duncan are always going the extra mile to make sure every child and every parent that enters their daycare is treated with respect and understanding. It’s sad to read the negative reviews below knowing that they are false because I can not relate AT ALL. My children love going to daycare. They are comfortable and they come home everyday with a funny story from the fun they had while there. Thank you Shirmiel and Jimmy for your services . We are greatly appreciative and will continue to attend as long as we need."

"This is the worst daycare I have ever seen! When I entered to pick up my son at 4:15pm on his first day today I walked through the dark. I had to use my phone flash light to get to the room as children are playing in the literal dark. My son was screaming and had swollen red eyes as if he had been crying all day. He had white matter all over his hands and face as if no one cleaned his hands or face. A woman was standing over him SCREAMING at him in what I believe to be African language. The staff are very rude and disrespectful and I couldn't understand them. All their responses to me was in loud African language and they got louder. I did not receive any information on his activities of daily living including eating times/foods, nap, or diaper changes and after request I got yelled at in African language. There are absolutely no lights on in the building in any room as if everyone is hiding in the dark. The smell of weed reeked through the building with children present and two of the staff had red eyes as if they were high. There was bugs crawling on the floor. I would not send my child here by choice or anyone else's child!"

"I love how the owner is extremely caring and compassionate to me being that it’s my first time putting my kids in day care. she going above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. Everything that I’ve ever touched in the daycare smelling like clean laundry I love that! Her energy is amazing."

They try to find solutions for your chid if he is having difficulty with something. I have noticed so much joy and happiness on my children's faces."
