He helped me with every helmet and I tried on 10 or more looking for the right fit. No luck, I have a large head that's hard to fit into any helmet. But I would definitely recommend your Santa Rosa store to anyone interested in buying a helmet."

Once I chose the helmet that I liked, I asked if he would get me a Tinted visor and install it for me, which he did . Great customer service. "I went into the Santa Rosa cycle gear store with a few questions. I asked them if they would honor some old discount cards and they did. Even though they don't use those cards anymore and they were from many years ago, they still honored them. That's good customer service. They had a good selection of what I needed for cleaning products and oils. I also found a really good pair of Alpinestar gloves that I bought. Anyway, they were very helpful and took their time with me. We even talked motorcycles in general, which is always a good conversation. I recommend this store. The manager there was very helpful and knowledgeable and his staff that helped me was engaging and knowledgeable also. Both of these gentlemen were very good to deal with."
