Today, had some issues with my phone and laptop, and the Geek squad did not charge anything, because our umbrella warranty covered it. The tech was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The store is thriving with many people coming in to take advantage of the great selection and helpful staff."

"I ordered a camera from them. I cancelled within an hour, called to be sure cancellation had worked. Rep guaranteed me order was cancelled. They shipped it anyway. I returned it unopened in the same box. I paid $650, Best Buy refunded about $550. Restocking and handling fees, ya know. Amazon and other online merchants don’t do this. I will never use Best Buy in the future."
