"Repeatedly cancelled my appointment because of MyChart issues that needed to be fixed on their end. Doctors refuse to talk to me on the phone and receptionist are no help at all"

"Went for urgent care got billed for emergency visit due to their unusual hours. There was no communication that it would be charged as emergency. $500 dollar strep test, would not recommend. Suggest going to SSM Janesville for urgent care (just 10 minutes down the interstate) They are open 7:00am-8:00pm and they don’t combine there urgent care with emergency services. To answer the reply below, of course I contacted you prior to leaving a review. You just didn’t really care and told me that you had a flyer explaining your “new hours”. As I said before “would not recommend”"

"The phlebotomist was extremely rude and did the most painful blood draw I've ever experienced. A patient before me also made a comment and a couple days later my mom mentioned having lab work done and that the tech was terrible! I'm guessing it's the same one. Plus the clinic and lab closes well before they are scheduled to. They referred my daughter and I to the hospital but said they are picky with Dean insurance! Won't go back and I just moved to the area."

"We don't go to the DR often, maybe once a year. The staff have always been fantastic with my family or myself! Very relatable, helpful, and kind."

"Great clinic. Dr. Buhalog and his nurse Jessica have been very helpful and set me up with everything I need. I saw him because my regular doctor at Mercy wasn't available but now I decided to switch to him as my main provider."
