I've been a patient for a few years, for annual routine exams and picking frames (decent selection and quality, reasonably priced). Everything is done efficiently and professionally, screening tests by assistants, eye exam by the optometrist, checking coverage with insurer, and even help to select glasses frames and options for the lenses. I had about zero waiting time in the process, completed everything in a little less than one hour. Overall, I had a much better experience than at many independent optometrists' offices where I've been before."
