"Have had excellent service and care at this location, with the exception of one nurse assistant who decided to enter extra notes in my file which were not accurate. Intentionally, if I was asked why. There are some healthcare workers who will treat you a certain way based on your appearance/skintone. And Im usually the last to ever point it out when its evident, preferring to give the benefit of the doubt rather than just assume and assign. Gratefully this has only once been my experience with UW Health as a whole. What a fantastic health system we have here in Madison."
