"I received good information, which was presented clearly. The visit was scheduled for 60 minutes, however I had a scheduling conflict where I had to leave after 40 minutes. I called the day before to make sure this was known. However this information was never relayed to my PA. I arrived 20 minutes early (at 10:40) but the attending PA got to my room at 11:22. So we ended up having only 18 minutes."
