"After once again being given incorrect information about my appointment, I left UW Health fighting back tears. I had asked to speak to a surgeon who performs anterior hip replacements. Instead, I was told he doesn't. In addition, the doctor addressed me in an arrogant manner. I'd previously held UW Health in high regard. I'd be glad to speak with someone about my experience, so doesn't happen to others."
