"I think people tend to only review places when they’re unsatisfied. I am extremely surprised to see the average be so low. Our entire family has been going here for years. The entire staff is nothing short of extraordinary. We absolutely love Dr. Krey. Best Dr I have ever been to. He listens, and hears you. He truly cares about his patients. Every single department, they all go above and beyond for every person who walks in the door. Highly recommend!!"

"Called to establish care. Quartz states that they are accepting new pts. Lodi clinic tells me insurance change does not qualify to establish care. They also asked if I live in lodi, which shouldn’t make a difference at all. I have been working in healthcare for 27 years, so have never heard of this and from the reviews it happened to another. I will take my insurance elsewhere. Very shameful!!! *****Replying to message from clinic. I called a few times prior to my review. Asked to speak to manager and front desk said someone would get back to me! I have not received one phone call!!! I think your front desk needs more training****"

"Just had the oddest call. We're trying to find a pediatrician closer to our house since we just moved out of Madison. Dr. Chao is listed as a provider accepting new patients by our insurance, but the front desk told me that since my kids have been seen by a pediatrician in the last THREE YEARS, they can't accept us as patients. I tried to get clarification, but she just kept saying we have established care elsewhere, so they can't accept us. We now live far away from our "established care", and we can't get appointments with the scheduling in our old clinic because they are so overbooked. How are we supposed to get a new ped? Go without medical care for 3 years so this clinic will take us in? That seems so strange."

"I go to physical therapy and Occupational therapy. Sometimes have to have my blood drawn. Christine is the best for getting blood drawn. She is very gentle. Dwayne and Sara are absolutely wonder with my therapy. They listen but push when needed. The front desk staff is wonderful! Scheduling is easy and they are always happy and cheerful!"

"I continue to drive from Madison to see Dr. Chao for my daughter. She is simply amazing and you never feel like just a number, you are a patient that she cares about. All her staff feel this way and are amazing."
