"Months ago we made an appointment for our infant who has struggled with upper respiratory problems since August 23. Our appointment was set for January, we were placed on a waitlist for cancelations. Today, at 114pm while I was at work, a scheduling receptionist called me and said our son was up for a cancelation. Her EXACT words on my saved, recorded voice-mail were that she would wait to hear from me today prior to 5pm before contacting the next person on the waitlist. At 142 when I clocked out of work, I called and a scheduler named Kallie (spelling) confirmed the spot was still open for tomorrow. I set the appointment. At 434pm a scheduler called me to tell me "the spot was filled" and they had to cancel my son's appointment due to a miscommunication. My husband and I both used PTO, and pulled my son from paid daycare tomorrow. When they did NOTHING after I explained this, I contacted patient services. They took my complaint and told me another parent was called at 121pm (just 7 minutes after the saved voice-mail I have says they would wait on my response first). The parent was unsure if she could make the appointment, and then her call was disconnected. She called back 2.5 hours AFTER I confirmed the appointment, and they gave the spot to her, and called me to cancel mine. The UW-Health system has become the bottom-tier, disgrace of medical organizations since the COVID pandemic. While other organizations have raised the bar, UW has continued to lower it. They have become an abysmal health care provider in their own clinics and within organizations that employ them. My son is 7 months and STRUGGLING, and the soonest appointment available I can no longer go to after using my only time off, and pulling him from daycare due to said "confirmed" appointment. After seeing a pediatrician and then a PA, and next a physician through UW-Health until I was 29 (I am now 31), I can say, with all honesty, I've never seen such a downfall of patient care and services in my life. Do NOT waste your time, this is 2022, we, and our loved ones DESERVE better from an organization that had a net, 1.5 BILLION dollar worth this year. I am disgusted, as the public should be as well."

"I saw Doctor Ravi. I had a last minute first time appointment due to a cancelation. I felt well taken care of and that my needs were met. Doctor Ravi is wonderful and very thorough. I got a lot of great tips from him and was able to learn a lot about what might be causing my allergies. Excellent clinic! Much nicer than the UW hospital itself."
