"Hands down the best urgent care experience. If I ever need to take my family in over the weekend this is absolutely the clinic I will bring them to. The staff was so quick and helpful with my infant - while being very thorough and not feeling rushed. We received our test results after hours and the nurse still called us back to talk through them with us (thank you, nurse Hope!)."
"I came to the ER with multiple health concerns and was met with an absolutely wonderful staff who took care of my ever need. They matched my worries and concerns and took great care of me while also entertaining my daughter and showering her with care and many gifts in the form of stickers, snacks, a coloring books and even a stuffie! (A blue bear) would definitely recommend this clinic for all your health care needs. Mark especially was wonderful!"
"The staff were friendly and efficient, the wait was reasonable (20 mins on a Sunday morning), the nurse went out of her way to help when a prescription needed to be changed, and the doctor gave a swift and accurate diagnosis. For urgent care, you can't hope for much better than this place."
"A hidden gem! My PCP is at UnityPoint, but I typically go to SSM for urgent care needs. I was feeling unwell over the weekend, and decided to try this clinic out after reading about it on their website vs. facing the 2+ hour waits at the other large UC centers. I went closer to close, so my timing might have had something to do with it, but I was the only patient in line when I arrived. I was taken back within 2 minutes, and I was face to face with a provider in 10. The provider was engaging and made me a partner in my diagnosis. She listened to my concerns, and entertained my silly questions. They even offered to get me a beverage while I waited for some rapid lab test results to come back! I felt that I received quick, quality, and affordable care with them, and if I ever have the need, would definitely go back to use their services. The process was painless."
