"Treated for a UTI. Chart inconsistent, MD didn't review the info the RN wrote down. Had to explain the info again, third time in the UW system. There's no reason for writing notes if people don't review. General checkups are good, but anything was an acute issue doesn't seem to be solved in a speedy time."

"I was disappointed that doc wasn’t sure why I was there’. During my recent physical he said he noticed something on the top of my ears and said I should come back in and have him freeze them. He checked them after asking why I came in and said they looked fine. So the only thing that happened was me getting a bill for an office visit!"
