"Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Went in for urgent care, wasn’t helped for 4 hours. There was 4 people ahead of me and it took 4 hours. When I was finally helped, the “doctor” (physicians assistant) gave the least helpful diagnosis/medical help that I’ve ever seen. Do not by any means go to this hospital or any of there emergency outlets."

"I cannot put into words how unhelpful they are. On a monthly basis, when trying to receive information as to why they can’t fill a prescription I’ve been receiving for over a decade, they resort to weirdly petty insults instead of any clarification. When trying to ask why they refuse to answer any questions or let me talk to my doctor, their response is to tell me how inconsiderate I’m being of other patients by trying to understand what I can do or what needs to happen. Specifically the nurses Alessandra and Erika frequently resort to petty insults when trying to ask simple questions about paths forward. On top of being told how rude you are for asking questions, they will lie to you and openly laugh in your face when you are confused as to why this is happening. I have never felt so belittled and disrespected anywhere in my life, especially in a place that is supposed to be providing “care.” This has happened every month for over two years. Thankfully the lack of my prescription is not life-threatening and just hugely life-inconveniencing.I’ve been trying to get in contact with my doctor for months now and am finally giving up. I will never set foot in this place again."

"Providing individuals vaccinations in the lobby is the most tacky and unsafe thing that a provider could do. There are literal people who will cause harm to others on their own principles (e.g. receiving vaccinations) and the pharmacy only has a privacy partition to provide “privacy” … aurora do better as the company itself makes more than enough annually to provide their patients with more respect, privacy, and protection.
