"AVOID! I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Shay back in March. On the day of my appointment this week, after waiting 9 months to be seen, the office called less than 4 hours before the appointment was supposed to start telling me that Dr. Shay no longer accepts patients in my age group. This should have been caught and communicated way sooner considering they had 9 months to contact me. Their solution was to reschedule me for next November, another 11 month wait for a total of 20 months of waiting just for an appointment. The staff seemed relatively unbothered by this and acted as though it was a minor inconvenience. So now, I still haven't seen anyone about my mental health concerns and I've used up part of my limited pto. After calling back to speak to someone about these concerns, I was directed to a voicemail to leave a message, but no one ever returned my call. I'm now scrambling to find something sooner with literally anyone else because I will never trust this organization again. Truly a disappointing and upsetting experience. I really hope other people are actually able to find help here from the doctors, I can't imagine what it's like dealing with this scheduling nonsense as an actual patient."
