"This place went down hill quick after it became affiliated with Lifestance. My daughter’s therapist who she was seeing for about 3 years was suddenly not in network anymore even though she was told she was. 3 or so months after weekly appointments which we thought were covered, we get an enormous bill with no details. I talked to my daughter’s therapist who was just as surprised as I was. She brought it to management’s attention and told me they’d reach out to resolve it…well that was in June and haven’t heard a thing. The therapist even tried to fix it herself after calling my insurance and looking into things on her own. It seems like someone forgot to enroll her. I don’t blame the therapist at all because nobody in the company was even responding to her. What kind of company doesn’t follow up with patients who are now in financial distress or their own employee? My daughter refuses to see anyone besides her, but I refuse to have anything to do with this company. Her therapist is having medical problems, so we are waiting for her to heal to decide our next steps. I’d give 0 stars to Lifestance and 5+ to my daughter’s therapist. Edit in response to the generic “wecare “ email response: There’s nothing you can do about it. The claims went through “out of network “, and we paid them. Insurance confirmed she was out of network because of your mistake! Her therapist has left your business and referred us to someone in my daughter’s pediatrician’s group. She’s on a waitlist, and we trust her recommendation over going through some call center to just be plopped on someone’s schedule to make your business more money. You should really think about patient care and the way you value your employees. I feel bad having to take our frustration out on Sarah (former therapist), but someone named Susan Adams was supposed to call us back in June when we told Sarah. No way am I sending some email to your generic “wecare” email. You care about what? Money? Lying? I know it’s not caring about your patients or employees. No thanks! We will wait the 3 months to get in with a provider through a legit hospital system that takes our insurance."

"I have been seeing therapist Taylor W.; she is compassionate, understanding and has been such a support for me through some difficult life transitions. I appreciate her flexibility, and feel that she cares and genuinely has my best interests at heart. I am grateful to have found such a great fit. Since Lifestance Health has taken over, I have had some billing issues and it is more challenging to get them figured out as they are a larger company. I do appreciate that they do accept more insurance options."

"Therapists are great! Company is awful. Prices much higher than the national average. They seem incapable of properly running insurance info, resulting in huge bills. They also have several lawsuits against them."
