I hold a very high standard to details when it comes to providing care to my grandmother or just a human being!! Golden State Medical Transport is a fairly new company but they went above and beyond. The driver Robert was very kind and professional. He was on time to pick up my grandmother, and even made sure that she was taken care of when he dropped her off at her destination. I especially like that they have a system in which I can track in real time where my grandmother was. So far I've had a really great experience with Golden State MS.
