"UPDATE: I have been using this Postal Annex store for several years now and the customer service is still top notch. Many services have been added (Passport, TSA, etc.) and I always look forward to going in. If you need a passport picture for any country, they can handle and do so in such a pleasant way. They make sure you are happy with the picture before printing. Today I went in with three different mailing needs. UPS, Priority Mail and regular mail and I had no envelopes and needed labels. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes! In comparison to my visit at the US Post Office, I had one Priority Mail piece and it took 45 minutes. Not sure why I didn't just drive the extra mile to get to Postal Annex, but I'll never make that mistake again. For mailing, passport, TSA, Live Scan, notary public services, just do yourself a big favor and go to Postal Annex+ in Irvine! Awesome service and super helpful with all my postal box and shipping needs!"

"Plenty of parking, about a mile off the 5 fwy. I was there for a TSA enroll, had an appointment but came in early to avoid gridlock traffic. I only waited a few minutes and was done in another few minutes. Very pleasant and professional staff. Busy place but they are on you the minute you walk in. They even answer the phone immediately. Highly recommend."
