"My wife got a bad driver today. After he pushed my wife in her wheelchair up the driveway he started yelling at me stating I should have pushed her from the curb. I would file a complaint with OCTA Acess but if the driver gets disciplined he knows where I live. Video on Ring cam."
"OCTA Access drivers do not take responsibility! When I booked the Access trip for my mom's appointment, I left my cell phone number and I told them please call me for any problem. We had waited for the driver at the outside almost one hour. Because we did not see the drive came, I called OCTA Access. I was told the drive did not see us, and then the driver left without notice us. I have to cancel my mom's appointment at that moment due to no transportation can carry the wheelchair. The same issue happed twice for us. I booked transportation yesterday for this morning 10 AM, June 27, 2023. After long time waiting, I called Access to check the driver status. However, I was told the transportation was 10 PM to 10:30 PM at middle night. What the sloppy careless job is?! It is does NOT make sure that a senior books Access transportation at middle night! Senior may call ambulance transportation for emergency at middle night, but NOT Access!"

"This is the worst organization to deal with. From the people who take the ride information to the one's that provide updates of the ride. They don't seem to know how to use their computer system that's if they are able to communicate properly. It's the most frustrating experience to deal with inefficient and unknowledgeble staff. If I could I would give them 0 star. Also the two times that they show up they were late from 30 min to 1 hour. Who is in charge of this place. They are having elderly wait in the heat of summer. They should be fired."
