"Please do your research and read reviews before booking with these scam artists! Scheduled our 5th wheel to be moved but had to cancel a few days later. They were very rude when I called to cancel and hung up on me after giving me a "cancellation number". I called back a few days later to ask about my refund and they said it should be there in a few days. Weeks go by still no refund so i call again. My personal phone and my wifes phone have both been blocked. After multiple attempts we decided to call on my work phone. It went right through and was answered by Ty. He said oh yes you should have gotten it by now oh my all concerned and then tried to ask if we wanted a check mailed out. yeah so they can say they mailed it and dont know what happened to it. Bottom line they are scam artists and will take your money and block you if you try and get a refund."

"My husband set up a transport for our camper, by phone. He paid half of the total. The next day he needed to cancel. He is informed there is a $175 cancelation fee. At no time on the phone was he told he would be charged a fee to cancel. The transport was over a month away and no notice of a fee to cancel. We feel this is very poor practice."
