"I've had a great experience with Lendmark, I have honestly I have. I definitely disagree with the high interest rates, but that's expected from a business taking advantage of people in need. I've never understood how rich people get low rates, and broke people get high rates. (maybe that's just me) Anyhow if there's one thing bad that I have to point out, it would be the customer service at the Roseville office. All I'm going to say to that is this, I know how to add $12 to my monthly bill thank you! I didn't say anything out of line to be spoke to how I was spoke too. And this isn't the first time either. The 5 stars are for Lendmark and definitely not the customer service from the Roseville office. Other then that keep up the good work."
