I gave up then reached out to the people at First Bank where I have an account. After a short wait, I was greeted by Ines. He invited me into his office and listened to my concerns. He took the time to load the app for me, showed me how to log in, then he took the time to make my bank account accessible too. I was very impressed with his courtesy, knowledge, and patience.
