"Zero star . Tried multiple times to verify check , 3 different branches , no one answered phone . All busy .Very bad customer service."
"Staff is less than ideal, they don't treat you like a partner but like you are their subordinate. Also the clientele the area is not that nice or safe compared to other bay area locations."
"I went to Wells Fargo Saturday to open a checking account. They acted like I didn't know what I was talking about. Manager had to come over and tell me it will be about 2 weeks. Yikes. I went over to BofA and they understood what I needed, got me in later that day, and the whole process took 20 minutes. I would like to thank the Manager on Duty and also Isaac Rhodes for the great customer service!"
"The unfriendly and rude assistant manager Tina who uses Isaac the rude customer service representative as her enforcer by not allowing me to us my BOA card as my second form of ID. The whole point was to access my account because thats what I was told on the phone. When I arrived and Isaac saw my EDD card he automatically said he couldn't help, so I asked to talk to Tina. She stated that somehow which still doesn't make sense that my Prepaid card is not accessible to them to see the balance or anything, but I needed to show another banks debit card to change their mind into helping me. This is directly hurting a large portion of their customers that need the money after being out of work for paid leave or disability. Your customer service shouldn't get better or worse depending on what the customer's issue is which I experienced the latter. He even got an attitude in front of Tina by saying I was "playing games", so sorry I'm not a new customer you can get your commission from but thats not my issue. I looked at his arms and saw that he was just hired for his street attitude, because after showing Tina my second form of ID he quickly moved me out of his cubicle to speak to the verification person over the phone but their system was down and when I told him he laughed immediately and said to himself "I guess you have to come back later". This is predatory behavior which banks used to hide by being professional to their customers, but at this BOA its all out their to see for yourself that its not your money its the banks, and they will pick and choose who to release it to. I will immediately withdraw my money once I am able to and go deposit it at my regularly used bank, one with less evil business practices."
