Wells Fargo Bank

"Eric Chavez will chase customers away from this branch. I tried to create an account for my father and I bought his permanent residence card, his social security card and medical card and even bills showing address… Eric takes pride in proving that he is giving you a hard time and he is so unknowledgable, he was bent on saying that we bring in a Medicaid card. I kept on telling him medical is Medicaid in the state of California, but he was bent on proving that he is dumb. When he makes his support call, instead of being objective, he talks negatively on the phone with the support person and he kept saying they need Medicaid EOB. I have gone to another branch of Wells Fargo to open the same account and even support was called - I was able to open the account. Eric Chavez has no business being an account officer or business representative . He will chase clients away"

"Wednesday normal day, 13 people in line with 5-6 simply left because they got tired waiting. Only 2 bankers are working. And 3 personal bankers sitting in their cubicals, 2 on their cellphone and one on the PC. I've been in lime for 20 min now and I still have 6 people ahead of me and now 9 behind. This place needs more tellers!!!"

"By far the worst bank I’ve ever been to, always the long line and their system is down too often. Don’t waste your time coming here Go to any other branch but here."

"Very shocked and disappointed about the service at this bank. I accidentally paid a bill pay of over $800 to the wrong person. Yes my mistake. The first manager I talked to at Wells Fargo said there’s nothing I can do. couple days later I went back opened the claim I waited 10 days went in and found out the claim had been closed, but they will open a new one and put in a complaint, it will be handled soon. It’s been three days since then 15 days since it happened. This is very bad service. When I called customer service, Gerald #ko30379 kept putting me on hold and didn’t understand what’s going on or what to do. I’m very much considering leaving this bank. I still don’t have my over $800 back."

"I needed assistance with a safety concern regarding street vendors being located directly in front of the atms and parking space with children dangerously close to street where i almost hit them when parking. The accounts agent Adriana acted as if I was bothering her to address this concern and did not bother to leave her seat to ask me if I needed any help. I asked if it would be OK to approach her desk because she seemed as if she wanted to yell over the window instead regardless of the other patrons there conducting business. She was very dismissive and rude about my concern. I asked for a managers assistance whom she said was busy before checking. The manager came out and I relayed my concern. He said he would try to address it but there wasn't much he could do. I then went in line to complete my transaction. Adriana then got out of her seat to address a Caucasian female about her banking needs without prompting. She seemed very interested in helping her and did not give her the poor customer service I received. I have been with Wells Fargo for 15 years and this location is the worst when it comes to lines & customer service. Tellers will literally from nowhere go to break without saying someone will be right with you with as many as 6 people in line leaving one teller working. I did not want to snap a picture in the face of the customers so i shot one from the back when the line was finally dying down as i was leaving. This bank is a poor representation of wells Fargo and makes me consider taking my business elsewhere or avoiding this bank all together."
