"It used to be a great place to bank. The branch manager I believe named Ethel has made me regret ever banking here! I would leave a zero rating if I could! I made two trips into this bank and was told that it couldn’t be done! I asked if I could talk to someone other than this lady and she said no, that she was the branch manager and that didn’t have a choice but to deal with her! I contacted my old bank and they took care of everything over the phone and will send the documents to me. My old chase bank is how business should be taken care of and they are fabulous!"
"I love this particular branch. Its usually pretty quiet, quick in and quick out. The staff are cheerful, helpful and polite. This area is good and safe too. The little center it is located in always has plenty of parking so its easy to just pop in quickly."
