"Employees in this branch are very rude. They need retraining so as to improve on their customers service skills. One of the bankers lied to me claiming to have ordered me s new debit card that was supposed to have been sent to me in the first instance before it expired. This took 3 weeks, calling the members card services etc, yet no card came. So I went into this bank again to figure out what was wrong. To my surprise the banker wouldn't attend to me except only if I was opening an account and referred me to a cashier who was very rude and advised me to Close my account if I wasn't satisfied with the slow pace they were going.I was treated like a nobody even with the fact that I pay for services rendered. Shame on you"
"Today, I wanted to send my mom some money, she banks with Chase, so I decided to just deposit it directly into her account. When I tried, I was told by a teller that Chase does not accept cash as a medium of deposit into someone's account. ?!?!?!?! I'm sorry, I thought you were a bank??? I was told to get a money order or cashier's check to deposit anything into someone's account. Chase is a poor poor bank."
