"Frank Cerda III at Brock won't pay TONU driver went early to pick up load wasn't ready. The driver returned next day to pick up at the scheduled time shipper said the customer hadn't paid for the order so they would not be shipping it. We requested TONU and Frank said #1 they are not required to pay TONU (which is usually standard practice) and #2 We were removed from the load because we never communicated that we were going to go back at the scheduled pick up time. To be clear we requested 1 TONU for the canceled load. He is accusing us of not communicating but he never communicated to us that we were removed from the load. Its giving poor think twice before doing business with them or your company maybe on the hook for a claim when they cant pay!"

"Total scammers. Their dispatcher was rude and real bad at communication. When we tried to reach their main line to report an unprofessional business all we got was "Our people don't do such thing!" Please do yourself a favor and stay away!!"
