"STOP!!!!!!!!! DON'T DO IT!!!! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Blanca Xochihua is the most condescending, rude "branch manager" that I have EVER had to deal with. She speaks at you AND over you. You literally cannot get a word in edgewise. When you do get permission to speak, she constantly interrupts and will say "i am going to stop you right there" in the most condescending tone possible. She was of no help whatsoever and made matters worse in an already stressful time. The loan officers here make promises that the company cannot keep, and when those are brought to Blanca's attention, she just states that she was not there for the conversation so she cannot confirm or deny what was said. I am not sure how this woman was given a management position but it is concerning that OneMain has a representative that treats their customers this way."

"I give this company a 0!!! I couldn’t give 0 stars...I got a loan and was told I was paying extra for insurance in case I lost my job and I got laid off twice and was denied the insurance coverage both times even though it was through no fault of my own and then I was offered a deferment for a payment to catch me up and was told it would go to the end of the loan I found out I was going to be charged the extra payment but it didn’t catch up my account so I looked into a payoff to close my account and found out after 1 1/2 years of paying over $200 a month I had only paid of $20!!!!! My balance was almost identical from the beginning and they won’t give me straight answers about why they change the subject and try to push me to refinance. This company is a joke and super predatory. I found my wife had a similar experience with them before we were together. They seemed legit before I signed the contract but found out it’s basically a scam they make it almost impossible to pay back."
