"Believe the bad reviews. The service is atrocious and they will lead you on for months only to deny you. They put you through the gauntlet by asking for a plethora of documents that are difficult to obtain only to deny you for reasons that they could’ve concluded without first needing every inch of information about your life. For instance, I was denied because my business is in an “over saturated market.” You mean to tell me that you couldn’t tell me this on the very first day I told you what my business was? Apparently they wanted to wait two months and countless tasks later to tell me instead. Absolutely horrifying experience. I’m angry about the time wasted, their poor communication, and the amount of useless tasks they have you do. If you speak to Ian Aguilar - run for your life. Zero stars."

"Be Aware of these guys, Here was my experience in a summary. Completed the appl as I was asked and supplied everything they asked for. Was told I would have an answer with in a couple days. Took 3 weeks before I Was told I was going t a voting committee after supplying many other documents. Was told I was approved several times. Then denied. Im not upset I was denied, Im upset the way they handle there customer service and string you along. They make false promises."

"I am also being discriminated against I was told I was approved 3 months ago and now they have no explanation as to why they didn’t send my file in round 2 when I was approved. I was then promised round 3 And nothing A lot of sorries and no funds They then sent me to the director who promised round 4 and still nothing Now stating he’s gone for a week and they have no update to give me. After reviewing that they’ve done this to multiple black women I will definitely have them looked into Ridiculous!"
