I emailed my wish to cancel the order since it had been processed but not shipped. The very next morning my request was granted and i was refunded within 4 business days. Overall, I am satisfied with my customer service. For those looking to purchase from this company, I urge you to read the company policies as well as product statements. I can not speak for the quality of Boxing Overstock gear as I have never tried their products but it is written on their website in multiple places that they have their own manufacturing. "I order a pair of cleto Reyes gloves I did not know the gloves were fake when I ordered also it’s says it made top quality (IT IS NOT ) I wanted to refund my order because I got a email saying my shipment is being retuned back to them they acknowledge I wanted a refund for this reason then never emailed me back about it and they still sent it back to me after I told them I wanted a refund they get here and the gloves are no good the quality is bad one of the worst pair of gloves I ever seen padding etc I feel like I can break my hand with the gloves do not feel safe do not buy it’s not worth the price at all you can buy 20-40 $ everlast gloves better then this (Real vs fake ) the package it arrived in does not match the reviews above as seen in the photos and it does not match the picture on the website when you are buying the gloves . they couldn’t even get the color right and you can tell the difference between the real and fake as seen in the photos"

"I got these gloves for my uncle for his birthday and he loves them. He used to box all the time in his late 20s and has recently been talking about getting back to it. Its never too late to return to your passion.
