"Ash, Zach, and Alex went above and beyond helping my friend Paul and I last Friday. We were in dire need to do an entire wardrobe refresh for my buddy Paul. We needed a place close to where he lives in La Jolla since I was teaching him how to buy for himself and Paul doesn't have a car to go far. Also he is disabled and we couldn't walk a lot like at a mall. I love Vuori because it is a trending brand, super comfortable, the best quality, and moisture wicking. The moisture wicking and anti-bacterial aspect really helps my disabled friend, since he sweats easy and needs clothes that helps keep him dry and fresh. The clothing material also doesn't fade, is anti wrinkle, and doesn't hold odors. All this is important for us since my friend needs professional and easy to maintain clothes for a future job. Zach greeted us well at the door and quickly understood our situation and tried his best to help. Alex was Zach's cool wingman encouraging us. Zach and Alex were super friendly, welcoming, and engaging. Ash deserves an award. She was wonderfully friendly and helpful. Ash was so warm that she took the nervousness immediately away from my friend. He hasn't shopped for new clothes probably for a couple years. Ash also really knew the product well, what was in stock, and found more things once she knew what we needed. Ash's kind personality really stood out. Thank you Vuori, Ash, Zach, Alex for helping with Paul's transformation and journey!"

"Let me tell you about our experience at this store. We live in Lahaina, Maui and we lost our house in the fire. We had recently purchased a bunch of Vuori clothes online and lost them in the fire. When we told the staff they were so generous and kind to us. They helped us get our clothes back and more! No other company was nicer than Vuori. Not only do they have the best fabrics and designs, but the best people working there as well. They have our business for life!"

"The staff was very rude when I went to visit this store. It made me feel pretty uncomfortable. This was my first time in a Vuori, I was exchanging items I received as a a gift. I kept one pair of pants, which were extremely soft and comfortable. The other pair did not fit well so I ended up exchanging for 2 tank tops ($50 each). The tank tops I purchased are comfy, but after one wash the tag started ripping off on the left side and now I have a hole in it. Unfortunately, I can only wear these to bed now. I was not pleased with the item not fitting initially - switching to a completely new pair of pants, the $50 tank top ripping after 1 wash, and the staff being super rude as if I was a bother to even walk in. I won’t be going back to this shop due to those 3 reasons and disappointed as a first time customer."

"This is a modestly sized Vuori store. It doesn't necessarily have all the sizes that are found online. Employees are semi-friendly and don't necessarily greet you or offer their help. Update: Went back to this store. I guess they did away with their semi-friendliness. Took one star away because employees were downright cold, unfriendly and unpersonable."
