"They should add to Google that this location is closed till January 2024. My online order item was delivered today with security tags on it. I drove 30 minutes to this location to have the security tag removed, only to find that they are closed for renovations."
"Went in with a friend to shop and were greeted by Lisa, she was so sweet and super helpful. The customer service in this store is impeccable, I have never had an interaction with a sales person like this before. All the women who work here are a team and make the shopping experience very enjoyable."
"Just left the store that I shopped at from the time they opened. What happened to customer service here? Ariel ( that what I understood when she told me her name under breath ) really needs to be trained in how to be customer service representative. What a disappointment, if you don’t have people skills, why do you want a job where it’s necessary?! Also big disappointment with the management ,I know how well & extensive the training used to be. Will avoid this location in the future."
"They have the best staff! Cory remembered us from our last visit where we were looking for pants for our wedding party and approached me to let me know that she had thought about us and if we bought 10+ pairs we might be able to get a discount (!). Then, as I went to purchase a pair of align pants the cashier let me know there was a pair on the “made too many” rack that was really similar, which I ended up getting. Their staff is so friendly, kind, and approachable!"
