"I called because I was experiencing that covid-19 symptoms. I listed everything that I was experiencing and told I would have a nurse call me back. After two hours, I decided to call back and I was informed that they wouldn't be doing a test at the clinic anyway. Why I was not told to go receive a test elsewhere was absolutely ludicrous. A complete disservice to their patients. Horrible patient treatment."
