"This Walwart pharmacy is good pharmacy & the employees perform a great job. Yes, there has been a small wait at either one of two drive-ups, but they are far better than the Walgreens pharmacy I previously used for many years. Once when this Madison pharmacy had a rare occurrence of being out of a particular drug I don't regularly use, they sent the prescription over to Walmart's Sun Prairie location. While picking up this prescription there, I was talking with a pharmacist. They said the Nakoosa Trial Walmart pharmacy was like fighting on the front lines of a war and the employees there did a wonderful job. I agreed, adding how busy that pharmacy becomes and how the employees manage it. I must also commend the Asian female pharmacy manager for her consistent kindness, patience, and professionalism during their busiest times."

"This pharmacy is horrible and the pharmacists are always so rude. They give me different dates and prices for every medication each time I get it refilled. They constantly mess things up and try to overcharge me."

"Could be a GREAT pharmacy if they staffed up to provide an adequate level of service. The service quality is very good, in fact they try too hard sometimes spend more time than needed in "i" dotting and "t" crossing. Closing this pharmacy for lunch is ridiculous and frustrating for customers. I am confident that business would increase if more staff were added. Walmart should have sufficient data to determine specific times of need, if not they should. Hours of operation could be expanded to accommodate earlier transactions."
