"So grateful they’re my neighborhood bike shop. I finally learned how to pump my bike tires, and also learned how to not over pump them. On top of that, he noticed my seat latch was open and fixed it so it wouldn’t slide down on me riding and I think someone messed with that when I had my bike locked outside somewhere. Great attention to detail! And great assistance. I was in and out!"
"they said they don’t serve electric bikes. I’ve had them change a tire for me before on an electric bike. This time I came in and they said absolutely not. The staff doesn’t seem to be on the same page on this and they didn’t answer the phone or update their Google phone number, so I wasted a lot of time walking my bike eight blocks. I have gotten good service here in the past, but not this time."

"I was looking to rent a bike for about 5 days and ended up buying a Klunker. It had a minor issue from the factory so I took it back to get repaired and they took care of it. The entire staff was awesome and fixed it right away. Great people to talk with and they're very knowledgeable about what they do. Love my Klunker! Thanks."
