"We just attended the NYE celebration at the Concourse. It was amazing! Food was great. The brunch was extra amazing. The three different music offerings was great. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was very professional and friendly. They treat you like royalty all night. This is by far the classiest NYE party in Madison, and I would recommend attending every year."

"We chose this hotel for its location and proximity to Camp Randall Stadium. We were traveling to see Nebraska play Wisconsin and wanted a hotel with onsite parking and within walking distance of the stadium. We had items shipped here prior to our arrival and the hotel staff was accommodating and communicated easily with us regarding those packages. They were also very helpful because we had a late arrival and check in and that went without a hitch. We utilized the in-room breakfast both days and it was promptly delivered, hot, delicious and cost competitive to going out and finding our own breakfast. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable And we had a beautiful view of the capital building. As some have noted previously, there is some aging to the room, peeling wallpaper or nicked up furniture but overall the room was pleasing and welcoming. I felt it was a tad expensive for what you got but at the same time it checked all of our boxes as we were able to easily travel to the stadium for the game And it was a doable walk to come back. They do offer a shuttle to and fro that we did not leverage but there was clear communication everywhere on how to take advantage of that service and there was a nominal fee involved that would have been more than worth it had we chosen that mode of transportation. Thank you to the staff for making our stay an enjoyable one. If we are ever back in Madison, we are confident in this hotel as a go-to hotel."

"My stay at the Madison Concourse Hotel in July 2023 highlighted a mix of commendable features and notable discomforts. The hotel's prime location in the heart of Madison, Wisconsin, is its standout quality, offering easy access to numerous city attractions. The expansive lobby of the hotel impresses with its ample space, ideal for casual meetings or relaxing. However, my experience with the room's bedding was less than satisfactory. The linens and pillows, lacking in variety and comfort, significantly affected my sleep quality. Despite efforts to address this with the front desk, the response was inadequate, with limited options provided and a lack of managerial assistance. Room amenities and space were generally good, meeting basic expectations. Room service offered enjoyable meals at reasonable prices, a pleasant aspect of my stay. Access to the Governor’s Lounge, courtesy of my room's location, was a mixed experience. The view of the Capitol building was a highlight, but the lounge itself was somewhat underwhelming, especially in comparison to similar amenities in luxury hotels globally. On a positive note, the hotel's car service for airport transfers was excellent, and the luggage storage was efficient and convenient. However, the limited time at the hotel meant I could not fully explore all its offerings. The strategic location of the Madison Concourse Hotel is a significant advantage, making it a suitable choice for those visiting Madison. Nonetheless, the hotel seems to rely heavily on this aspect, perhaps neglecting other areas like bedding comfort. While the city itself provided a delightful backdrop to my stay, the hotel's shortcomings, particularly in terms of sleep comfort, were a letdown. This makes it a recommendable option with reservations, especially for those who prioritize location over all else."
