"God awful. If I ever have encountered another amateur pawn broker as ignorant and pig headed as this guy, I can’t remember it. They undervalue the items you bring in for collateral and they don’t care at all for you, the customer, who is already agreeing to an unfavorable loan which the pawn shop is shielded from risk to make, and don’t seem to think that they should be bothered to be fair. Avoid at all costs, unless you can shoulder more shame than being desperate already has you lugging around. Arrogant and foolish, two words for these clowns."

"Ridiculously Lame and Disappointing Appraisal Experience ⭐ I recently visited this pawn shop to get a loan on my iPad Air 5th generation 256 GB (Wi-Fi) in mint condition. Despite its consistent selling price of over $500 on eBay, and in exactly this same used but mint condition, in a case, the shop offered me a mere $90, claiming it would only sell for $300. I even requested a $150 loan, but they refused. Their appraisal seems disconnected from market value, and the overall experience left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Would not recommend."

"If i could I would rate it as a RIP-OFF!!! I took a loan for some of my tools, the guy was gonna put it as one whole loan.. but he decided to put it into 3 loans, from which I signed. He stated that it will be easier for me if I wanted to take one out at a time. So I came back to pay it off and they ended financially charging 19.50 for three loan slips. I was arguing with the manager. Basically screw them not doing business anymore with them.."
