"The service was AWFUL. I was at the counter and waiting for the cashier. And there's also 2 people, I was there and waiting to proceed the payment process. And there, one of the cashiers told me that I still need to get another one with no explanation and then she went to somewhere. I was confused and waiting for her to be back but there's no sign. Also another cashier was standing in front of the counter and she was just on her phone. So I called her to continue doing the payment and they told me that those were the final sales and no return. But I didn't buy those from the final sales items. I bought fake nails and necklace today at Valley Fair. Then, when I arrived back home, I looked at the things which I bought, the nails, the front view was really beautiful with crystals but inside, there were only plain and it costed about $16!!!! I felt like that is not worth it and lying to customers and selling cheap things. I WILL NEVER COME BACK. HONESTLY, I WOULD RATE 0 STAR!!!!!!!"

"Me and a couple friends went today and the customer service was awful. To start, staff were immediately passive aggressive towards us. We went to the jewelry section & one of your staff started to follow us. After she looked directly into my bag, we went to the stuffed animal section of the store & she still followed us. When one of my friends went to purchase their necklace, the cashier was rude & dismissive."

"Ever since I was little, I was scared of getting my ears pierced, I finally got my ears pierced at Claire's, after about 8 years of not wanting to get my ears pierced. Alexa peirced my ears she was really nice and, it hardly even hurt! I would totally recommended this place! Update two months later: My piercings really turned out perfect, and I came back to buy a few more earrings about a month ago, one of which I happen to be wearing right now! They have an amazing selection and great service, I would 100% recommend and return to Claire's again!!!"
